Dusty Dean
Lead Pastor
Dusty worked in student ministry for over 12 years at Heartland Church where he founded the Reveal Conference, which began with 40 students and has hosted nearly 1,000 youth and young adults each spring over the last 16 years. Known for his hilarious stories and prophetic voice, Dusty is passionate about raising up young leaders in the local church to take the mantle of leadership in their generation. Today, Dusty along with his wife Kendra, serve as the Lead Pastors at Heartland Church in Carrollton, Texas. He holds three degrees: a Bachelor of Science from Dallas Baptist University as well as a Master of Arts and a Master of Divinity from Liberty University. He and his wife, Kendra, have two daughters, a twelve-year-old, Jaden and a seven-year-old, Brooklyn.
Mikey & Karli Faulkner

Growing up at Heartland Church, Mikey has had the unique opportunity of being a part of Reveal Conference from its very beginning. He has been around Next Gen Ministries for over ten years and acts as the director and host of the conference alongside his wife, Karli. Together they serve as the Next Gen Pastors at Heartland where their passion for young people is evidenced in their ministry.
Josh Field

Josh is a 29-year-old youth and young adult pastor from Victoria, TX, passionate about seeing lives transformed by the same God who changed his. He leads alongside his wife, Allyson, who is pregnant with their first child. Together, they are committed to raising up a generation that knows Jesus deeply, walks boldly in their calling, and lives with unshakable faith.
Wayne Francis

Wayne and Claudene are the lead pastors of The Life Church – New York, based in Westchester County, NY — a suburb of NYC. Wayne was the founder and lead pastor of the former Authentic Church, which merged with The Life Church in early 2020.
Wayne is a dynamic communicator who is passionate about building the local church and seeing people find real life in Jesus. Wayne and Claudene, who he calls “Classy” have been married for 25 years and have two beautiful teenage daughters, Haleigh and Ryleigh. Wayne loves to cycle and takes great pleasure in turning any floor into a dance floor.
Tyshone Roland

Tyshone Roland is an effective communicator of the Gospel Of Jesus Christ. He is known for his distinct, relatable, humorous approach to the Bible. God has given him the unique ability to connect with different ages, ethnicities, and cultures from around the world. He spent several years working and training under the leadership of Free Chapel, Elevation Church, Celebration Church, and more. He and his wife Victoria travel full-time preaching the gospel; are committed to seeing a world follow Jesus wholeheartedly.
Chris Estrada

Raised on the border of the United States & Mexico, it was in no time at all until Chris found himself in a lifestyle of drugs, alcohol, lust and trouble. Not understanding why his dad slept at one house and his mom at another sent him on a search that landed him at church. It was here he was invited to youth camp in the summer of 1999. This is where everything changed; Chris received the gift of salvation, experienced the baptism of the Holy Spirit and was called into full-time ministry all in one night! Chris Estrada is now a voice impacting generations. His roaring excitement and ability to address current issues with solid, life changing truth makes him a dynamic communicator for everyone that hears him. He carries a mandate: to release courage and power into risk-takers and dreamers who desire divine turn-arounds. Chris passionately pursues ministering the gospel of Jesus Christ, developing leaders who want to transform society and consulting organizations to have a strategic and lasting influence. His books, curriculums, and materials come from his 19 years of ministry experience being a Missionary, Pastor, and Professor. He currently serves on the Executive Leadership of Missions Me – helping move the vision of 1Nation1Day & 1Day forward. Chris and his wife, Erica live in Texas with their four children.
Luke DiBenedetto

Luke DiBenedetto is the Next Generation Pastor of 7 Hills Church in Florence, KY. After being saved in the student ministry at 7 Hills in 2012, Luke felt the calling to serve the Lord and had a growing passion for the next generation.
Luke has been in full-time ministry for over 11 years overseeing thriving ministries, speaking to over 1,000 students and young adults weekly. He is sold out to raising up the next generation to live boldly for Jesus, and is committed to helping other youth pastors nationally grow their ministries as well.
Luke and his wife, Savannah, have been married for 5 years, have 2 wonderful sons, and enjoy leading and travelling together.
