Dusty Dean
Lead Pastor
Dusty worked in student ministry for over 12 years at Heartland Church where he founded the Reveal Conference, which began with 40 students and has hosted nearly 1,000 youth and young adults each spring over the last 16 years. Known for his hilarious stories and prophetic voice, Dusty is passionate about raising up young leaders in the local church to take the mantle of leadership in their generation. Today, Dusty along with his wife Kendra, serve as the Lead Pastors at Heartland Church in Carrollton, Texas. He holds three degrees: a Bachelor of Science from Dallas Baptist University as well as a Master of Arts and a Master of Divinity from Liberty University. He and his wife, Kendra, have two daughters, a twelve-year-old, Jaden and a seven-year-old, Brooklyn.
Mikey & Karli Faulkner
Conference Host
Growing up at Heartland Church, Mikey has had the unique opportunity of being a part of Reveal Conference from its very beginning. He has been around Next Gen Ministries for over ten years and acts as the director and host of the conference alongside his wife, Karli. Together they serve as the Next Gen Pastors at Heartland where their passion for young people is evidenced in their ministry.
Jared Ayres
Wednesday Bonus Speaker
Jared Ayres has served as a pastor at Skybreak Church in College Station, Texas for 11 years and currently leads as Executive Director of Ministry. He and his wife, Raelle, have been married for 10 years and love doing life in College Station. Jared is passionate about seeing people encounter Jesus and grow in their understanding of scripture. When he’s not at church, he’s usually on a trail run, in a tree stand, casting a line, or planning his next trip to the mountains with Raelle.
Dr. Manny Arango
Friday PM Speaker
Dr. Manny Arango is a Bible nerd and the founder of ARMA Courses — an online educational platform that helps Christian to become biblically literate. The platform has grown to thousands of monthly subscribers since launching in 2020.
Dr. Manny Arango was born in Boston, MA but is a Houston, TX resident. He and His wife, Tia, are the senior pastors of The Garden which launched in January 2026! Manny graduated from North Baptist Theological Seminary in June 2024 with a Doctorate in New Testament studies. He’s been married to his beautiful wife Tia for over a decade and they have a 4 year old son named Theophilus.
Luke DiBendetto
Saturday AM Speaker
Luke DiBenedetto is the Next Generation Pastor of 7 Hills Church in Florence, KY. After being saved in the student ministry at 7 Hills in 2012, Luke felt the calling to serve the Lord and had a growing passion for the next generation.
Luke has been in full-time ministry for over 12 years overseeing thriving ministries, speaking to over 1,000 students and young adults weekly. He is sold out to raising up the next generation to live boldly for Jesus, and is committed to helping other youth pastors nationally grow their ministries as well.
In addition to Next Generation ministries, Luke also serves as the Location pastor for 7 Hills Cincinnati.
Luke and his wife, Savannah, have been married for 6 years, have 2 wonderful sons, Gio and Solomon, and enjoy leading and traveling together.
John L’hommedieu

John L’hommedieu was born in southern Illinois into a Christian family. While he was no stranger to Sunday services, it wasn’t long before he had become the typical, hypocritical, religious church goer. In 2009, he had a powerful God encounter that forever changed his life. Ever since then, he has been passionately preaching the gospel. Known for his unique and effective communication style, he has the ability to connect and minister to any crowd. He speaks at churches, youth conferences, young adult events, and camps all over the nation.
John graduated from Christ For the Nations Institute in 2014 and has been in full-time ministry ever since. Immediately after graduating, he spent 5 years on the gulf coast as a Youth Pastor where they saw a powerful move of God. Within a couple of years, the youth ministry grew from 30 students to more than 300. They saw hundreds of students saved, healed, discipled, and activated to walk in their calling. He longs to see a powerful, transformative move of God everywhere he goes. He currently resides in the DFW area where he serves at Church Eleven32 as the young adults pastor. He serves alongside his wife Calee, and their sons, Micah and Carter.
