Dusty Dean
Lead Pastor
Dusty worked in student ministry for over 12 years at Heartland Church where he founded the Reveal Conference, which began with 40 students and has hosted nearly 1,000 youth and young adults each spring over the last 16 years. Known for his hilarious stories and prophetic voice, Dusty is passionate about raising up young leaders in the local church to take the mantle of leadership in their generation. Today, Dusty along with his wife Kendra, serve as the Lead Pastors at Heartland Church in Carrollton, Texas. He holds three degrees: a Bachelor of Science from Dallas Baptist University as well as a Master of Arts and a Master of Divinity from Liberty University. He and his wife, Kendra, have two daughters, a twelve-year-old, Jaden and a seven-year-old, Brooklyn.
Mikey & Karli Faulkner
Conference Host
Growing up at Heartland Church, Mikey has had the unique opportunity of being a part of Reveal Conference from its very beginning. He has been around Next Gen Ministries for over ten years and acts as the director and host of the conference alongside his wife, Karli. Together they serve as the Next Gen Pastors at Heartland where their passion for young people is evidenced in their ministry.
Chris Estrada

Raised on the border of the United States & Mexico, it was in no time at all until Chris found himself in a lifestyle of drugs, alcohol, lust and trouble. Not understanding why his dad slept at one house and his mom at another sent him on a search that landed him at church. It was here he was invited to youth camp in the summer of 1999. This is where everything changed; Chris received the gift of salvation, experienced the baptism of the Holy Spirit and was called into full-time ministry all in one night! Chris Estrada is now a voice impacting generations. His roaring excitement and ability to address current issues with solid, life changing truth makes him a dynamic communicator for everyone that hears him. He carries a mandate: to release courage and power into risk-takers and dreamers who desire divine turn-arounds. Chris passionately pursues ministering the gospel of Jesus Christ, developing leaders who want to transform society and consulting organizations to have a strategic and lasting influence. His books, curriculums, and materials come from his 19 years of ministry experience being a Missionary, Pastor, and Professor. He currently serves on the Executive Leadership of Missions Me – helping move the vision of 1Nation1Day & 1Day forward. Chris and his wife, Erica live in Texas with their four children.
Becky Johnson

Becky Johnson is the Executive Pastor of Jesus Culture Sacramento, where she served as the Youth Pastor for seven years. She has a desire to see young people encounter the extreme love and power of God that changed her own life in a radical encounter she had as a teenager. Becky attended three years of Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry before she began working with Jesus Culture in 2010. She and her husband, Jesus Culture artist and Worship Pastor, Derek Johnson have three children and live in Northern California.
Manny Arango

Manny Arango is a preacher, Bible nerd, and storyteller. He’s passionate about fighting for people who have lost their voice and lost their way. For the past 2 years, Manny has served as a Teaching Pastor at World Overcomers Christian Church – a multi-cultural megachurch in Durham, NC. Before that, he served as the Youth Pastor at World Overcomers from 2014-2019. Each year Manny speaks at more than 50 churches and conferences across the globe. He deeply values Biblical literacy and recently founded a training platform for people who want to understand the Bible for themselves. He graduated from Southeastern University with his Master’s degree and is currently in a doctoral program at Northern Seminary. Manny has been married to his loving wife Tia since 2014 and after several years of struggling with infertility, they had their first child in July of 2021.
